How the Awards are decided
The UK Festival Awards has been celebrating the efforts of the nation’s festival industry since 2004. The Awards are decided through a combination of online fan votes and music industry experts.
Fans have their say on which festival has left them with lifelong memories and which artists had them singing all the way back to the campsite, through the following categories:
Best Major/Medium/Small Festival
Best Metropolitan Festival
Best New Festival
Best Toilets
Best Family Festival
Best New Festival
Best Overseas Festival
Headline Performance of the Year
Best Breakthrough Artist
Anthem of the Summer
To be considered for these Awards, festivals need to fill out a short application form. We’ll do the rest!
The following Awards are decided by panels made up of people who are experts in the relevant sector:
Agency of the Year (decided by IQ Magazine)
