Public voting is now closed in the UK Festival Awards 2013.

Winners to be announced on 2 December at The Roundhouse in London

The sun sets on another Festival Awards voting period. But who will triumph?

A massive thank-you to all the festivals which took part, everyone who voted, and all those who have been involved in the UK Festival Awards 2013 voting period.

There have been over 6,000 tweets about the Festival Awards, hundreds of Facebook posts which reached a potential aggregated 9,549,801 people, and the total overall online exposure has been 14,274,006 people, (figures from social media analysis company Topsy.com).

The UK Festival Awards had in excess of 575,000 votes, an incredible increase of 75,000 on last year.

We’re off to count up all the votes. Phew!

What happens next?

The finalists in the public voted categories will be announced on November 5

Finalists in our jury-decided awards will be announced the following week.
