Due to unprecedented demand, we have extended the application deadline. All brands and agencies will now have up until Wednesday the 31st October at 5pm to nominate their activity for consideration for the Award.
The UK Festival Awards has been providing a platform for debate, recognition and setting the industry standard in terms of production, marketing, line-up, audience interaction and much more since 2004.
Taking place on the 3rd December at the prestigious Roundhouse in London the UK Festivals Awards will yet again be available to brands and agencies to nominate their summer festival activation and partnerships for consideration for the Brand Activation Award.
All entries will be reviewed and considered in the strictest of confidence by an expert industry panel who will consider every nomination in great detail all the while being overseen by ESA: the European Sponsorship Association, to ensure fairness. The winner’s being announced at the UK Festival Awards show on the 3rd of December at the Roundhouse

Applications open on Monday 1st of October and close on Wednesday 31st October
All information provided will be considered in complete confidentiality. It will only be used for the purposes of judging the Sponsor Activation Award. Data will not be shared with anyone outside the judging panel without your express permission.
An industry panel made up of at least 5 professionals shall whittle the entries down via 3 rounds of judging with the overall winner being decided by the European Sponsorship Association.
