Festival Awards welcomes new backer
Festival Awards Ltd. welcomes a major new investor to its board in the form of Mondiale Publishing Ltd., producers of international business-to-business publications and awards events that range across the hospitality, entertainment technology and architectural markets.
Mondiale Publishing have purchased a controlling stake in the company. Existing Festival Awards Ltd. directors Steve Jenner, Chris McCormick, James Drury and Justin Madgwick will remain on the new board with Jenner and McCormick continuing to play prominent roles in driving the business forward.
Steve Jenner, co-founder, comments: “Following our sell-out success at The Roundhouse last year, we recognised that the time had come to seek input from an established third party in order to grow the Festival Awards brand to its next milestone.
